Working anywhere, anytime
One of my favorite things about being a consultant is my flexible schedule. Last week I also got to experience the benefits of working anywhere. I went to New York with my little RV and spent the week in a campground. Some of the pictures I took, including at Niagara Falls, are on my other blog, Travels with Books.
May was a slow month as far as customer orders. But last week, while I was hundreds of miles away, orders started pouring in! With my cell phone and my laptop, people didn't even know I was out of town unless I told them. I returned calls and e-mails, and this week I'm setting up deliveries and face-to-face meetings. I love it!
And to top it off, now I have lovely vacation pictures to put in my own albums.
