Friday Freebie - I think I can, I think I can...

I can't quite believe that I'm running in a 5K this weekend - especially since I haven't been training for it!

At least it's not a marathon, it's just 3-point-something miles, and I can always walk if I have to. But I really wanted the excuse to train, to get into a habit of running. That hasn't happened, because of weather, irregular work schedule, etc. OK, but I think I can finish it. And I hope to run a lot more than I walk (and complete the course before the walkers do!).
