How to preserve you heritage photographs

High Point Library, 3rd floor conference room.
Consultant Elizabeth Saunders, author and genealogist, will provide an overview of the types of old photographs and how to handle, store and share them. She will also discuss tips for identifying the ancestors in old pictures.

Crop 'til you drop for Relay
Saturday, April 17, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
at Trinity Memorial United Methodist Church in Trinity.
Trinity Memorial will host a scrapbooking crop from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 17, in the fellowship hall. Snacks will be provided. Admission is free, but donations will be accepted to support Relay for Life. Make checks out to American Cancer Society.

GenFest 2010
Saturday, May 15, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
A local history extravaganza for everybody! Authors, historians, genealogical societies and other vendors will be set up throughout the ground floor of the High Point Library.
